Action 307 - Remember We Are Everywhere.

One of my actions yesterday was to Ask For What I Want. And I did, in an email to the organizers of the Pasadena Marathon.

I am a former Active Duty Marine raising money for the Semper Fi Fund as part of my Pasadena Marathon experience, and I would love to run with Bib No. 1775. (That is the year of the Marine Corps' birth!)

Is there anything I can do to make this happen? I can't explain how important this would be for me.

Should I even be surprised that the race director also served in the Marine Corps? Here I am planning to run a Marathon and honor twenty-six fallen Marine Corps Brothers and Sisters, and it's only fitting that another Marine is at the helm of the entire event.

We are everywhere. And that's a good thing.
