It's been a crazy weekend, full of friends, food and fun. But tomorrow is Monday and it's time to get back to the real world.
Action 333 - Prep For Launch. I'll be busy all week, and I can already see that it would be very easy to eat crap on the go and to skip the gym. But that's not how I get better. That's how I got worse.
So, I have lunches ready to go, my gym bag is packed up, and I will be asleep before midnight tonight. It's not the perfect start to the week, but it's a heckuva lot better than I was doing last week.
