Today, though, I was still sleeping soundly when it began to buzz. I reached up quickly to silence it, then laid back and thought, "I should go back to sleep for another hour." Then I remembered that no one ever got in better shape by skipping their workouts, so I decided to hop out of bed before my mind figured out what was going on.
Action 351 - Get Up, Move That Body! Once I started moving, the rest was easy. I hopped into my running gear (that I wisely set out the night before), quickly packed my lunch, and was out the door for the gym in just a few minutes.
Get up, get up, get busy do it
Get up and move that body
Moving is a good thing. It sure beats sitting around like a slug.
