I know, I know. I'm supposed to be weaning myself off the frozen food and preparing home-prepped meals, instead. And I fully intend to. But it takes time I don't have and energy I am sorely lacking. Still, that's no reason to eat poorly.
Action 336 - Think Veggie For Lunch. For less than $3.00, I was able to have a pretty good lunch of Pumpkin Squash Ravioli. It's vegetarian, 310 calories, ready in four minutes, and fairly tasty.
All and all, a thumbs-up from this guy, and that's saying something. I mean, it even has asparagus in it. Who knew?
