It's late in the evening. It's quiet in the house. Soft music is playing, and the only other sound is the click-clacking of my computer keyboard. And then, I hear it. Faint at first, but steadily louder.

Action 305 - Ignore The Voices. It doesn't always work, but it did tonight. I managed to avoid the temptation of a pint of Ben & Jerry's Mint Chocolate Cookie ice cream in my freezer.
