After fifteen and a half long miles on Sunday, I wasn't up to doing much of anything physical on Monday. But who can resist the siren song of the sand, the surf and the sea? Not me!
Action 270 - Walk The Coast. I decided to get up from my desk at lunchtime and enjoy a little fresh air. I walked a couple of blocks from the office, turned left at the first street that seemed to offer a beach view, and walked right into this:
And seeing all that water, smelling the salt air, and feeling the sunshine made me smile like this:
It was a good walk, indeed. I highly recommend it. In fact, I think I'll be doing it again two or three times a week. It's good for me!
