Action 160 - Rest.
After running a half marathon yesterday, my body is feeling it. My calves, especially.
Action 160 - Rest. I need to take the whole day off. No workout, no running, no strength training. Nothing.
The gym will be there tomorrow morning. Today, it's all about the recovery.
