I'm all for the good stuff... like ice cream. But that isn't the sort of treat I can have on a daily basis. Not if I intend to keep losing weight, get more fit, and be ready to run the marathon in May. That doesn't mean that I can't still enjoy a sweet desert.
Action 164 - Swap Foods. Instead of having ice cream every day, I have switched to frozen grapes.
They taste great, satisfy my sweet tooth, and come in with a pretty low calorie count. All and all, the right replacement for calorie-heavy ice cream.
