Action 186 - Pack It Up.

A busy day can be a great excuse for poor eating choices. But a little planning ahead can make all the difference.

Action 186 - Pack It Up. Lunch and snacks, I mean. I prepared my food last night, so this morning I just had to grab it all out of the fridge and pack it in my cooler.

I have yogurt and fruit for breakfast, sandwich fixings for lunch, and carrots and pistachios for snacks. I even have a cookie for my sweet tooth. It's all I need to go from the gym to the classroom and get through my whole day.
