There's more to being healthy than just physical activity and nutrition. It's also important to have a place to unwind, to relax and steal away from the outside world. But what happens when that "secret space" is a mess? How can someone possibly relax when they are completely surrounded by clutter? That's what I'm dealing with now.
I have way too much stuff and not enough places to put it all away. Things end up piled here and there, never really finding a permanent place. And living with all this clutter is stressing me out.
Thus, Action 003, Out With The Old. I took a few minutes today to sort through my clothes and I pulled out several pairs of jeans, t-shirts and dress shirts... none of which I wear anymore. So why are they still taking up room in my closet or my dresser?
Well, now they aren't. They are in a sack and headed towards Goodwill. And I have more space to put away the clothes that I really do wear.
Goodbye, old clothes.
