Action 046 - Commit.

Last night, I enjoyed a couple Vanilla Vodka and Diet Coke cocktails, three French fries, and a few hours of fun. I even sang "Sweet Home Alabama" on the karaoke stage. So what didn't I do?

I didn't forget Action 046 - Commit. I didn't drink more than I planned to. I didn't switch to high calorie beverages. I didn't order any of the delicious smelling bar food. And most importantly, I didn't stay out so late that I felt like sleeping in this morning and skipping my cardio workout.

I'm here, on the bike, getting it done this morning. Because commitment will be the difference in my success or failure.

    And look at you, getting the work done. Good for you! Commitment is absolutely the key to success.

  2. Mmmmmm...LOVE Vanilla Vodka and Diet Coke, but had never met another who did! :) Good for you for sticking to your plan, when out with your friends, that's when I tend to get off track most.

  3. Me, too. It starts with the cocktails, and then in the past, it ends with me eating a lot of late night crappy food.

  4. I love vanilla vodka. It's my go-to when I want a cocktail without a lot of calories.
