Action 010 - Break It Down

Lose 30 pounds by summer. Run 10 half marathons this year. Drop 4 inches off my waist. Big goals are important. But they can also be overwhelming.

Action 010 - Break It Down. I'll focus on smaller goals, find interim victories, and achieve my big goals one small step at a time.
