I'm an early riser, but mornings can still suck. And leaving a warm bed on a cold morning can feel like the toughest thing in the world. Who wants to work out when the alternative is to stay toasty and comfy?
My solution? Action 041 -Make It Easy. I know getting up is going to tough, so I do everything I can to make it easier on myself. I lay out my gym clothes, track down my iPhone and earphones, and pack my gym bag, all before going to bed.
That way, when I wake up, I can get dressed, grab the bag, and get moving. Boulevard Fitness, here I come!
