As tempting as it is to go, go, go, it's important that I pace myself. It took me years to get into terrible shape the first time and it took me months to gain back the most recent pounds. So it stands to reason that dropping all the extra weight won't happen overnight.
Action 047 - Give Myself Time. This isn't about a quick fix. It's about long-term health and fitness. It's going to take the time it takes. Yes, I am counting down to the marathon, but this journey will continue long past the run in May.
Patience. The results are worth the time it will take.
