Action 025 - Say Yes!

Yes, it's important to avoid junk food and empty calories. But a person still has to eat. And if that person is me (which it is), that person is going to want something sweet as dessert (which I do).

Thus, Action 025 - Say Yes! I wisely chose to skip the donut bites, but I don't have to deprive myself of all sweets. Rather than grumble and complain that I couldn't have dessert, I said yes to a smarter choice. I went with Boston Cream Pie Yogurt. For 100 calories, I get to satisfy my sweet tooth and still feel good about remaining well within my calorie range for the day.

  1. Good for you! I went with icecream.... which might go aways to explain why you look amazing and I don't. LOL!

    Tonight I'll be channeling you as I have a yogurt for dessert instead of some chocolate-y, heavenly goodness. ;)
