Sometimes, it really is all about the basics. And it doesn't get any more basic than water. When I don't drink enough, I know it. I feel thirsty all day, my mouth is constantly dry, and I wake up through the night feeling parched.
Action 057 - Drink Up. I need to drink at least eight glasses of water each day, more when I work out. It's a simple action, sure, but it's important.
