Action 113 - Be Grateful.

I found out this week that I am required to have a TB test before I can work as an instructor at Mira Costa College. The last minute notice was my own fault, because I didn't read all the material given to me earlier.

Action 113 - Be Grateful. I have fantastic insurance through my husband's employer, Kaiser. I came in Wednesday and was in and out in less than ten minutes. I'm back today to get the results, and again, less than ten minutes. And it's all free.

I'm very grateful to have excellent health care and insurance at low cost. I have been without it in my life, and I know how truly fortunate we are to have the coverage and care that we do.
