Fortunately for me, my husband enjoys cooking. Unfortunately for me, he doesn't always concern himself with calorie counts and portion control. And sometimes, that can be a problem for me.
There is an easy way for me to handle this, though. Action 128 - Eat Simple. And tonight, I did just that. I enjoyed a grilled chicken breast, cubed, and sweet peas. It was delicious, and healthy.
Sometimes, simple is best.
