I would say John says YES most of the time. There are things that are a definite NO right now with COVID. There is no going to restaurants or bars or gatherings or concerts. There is no visiting people or going shopping. If you can't just drop it off or pick it up from your car, or have Von’s, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS or Instacart deliver it , then “no.” However, YES is usually his answer. He will get things done or enlist the help of others to help do projects to get things accomplished.
