No matter what I suggest. No matter idea I throw out there. No matter what crazy scheme I concoct. None of that changes the one constant in all of it: Ric will support it. And that gives the confidence to dream big and be creative. Because I know he'll back me up, I'm not worried that I all of my ideas have to make sense and be completely planned out from the beginning. I'm free to imagine all kinds of new ideas. And that's an amazing situation to be in.
