Another Sunday morning, another opportunity to look back over the week and see what lessons I've learned from my Spiritual AF cards. Today, it's all about being kind to myself.
I'm not perfect. There are many things that don't work out like I hope despite my good intentions and my best efforts. But that's okay, as long as I recognize what is happening and adjust as necessary.
Okay, John. Good try, but stop. It isn't working. Step back, take another look, and try again. You got this.
And this applies everywhere in my life - personal, financial, work, friendships. If something isn't working, it's better for me to regroup and adjust than it is to blindly, bluntly, and brutally push through as is.
Yeah, I can work with this.
