It might be hard to believe if you know him now, but there was a time in Ric's life when he didn't feel like he was enough. He didn't think he was smart enough. He worried that because he was gay, he someone wasn't good enough. And all the time, he was walking around as one of the kindest, most giving, most caring people. He has always been enough, and I make it a point every single day to make sure he knows that and never forgets it.
If he is your friend, you already know what I am talking about. Ric Sanchez is always enough - for himself, for me, and for this whole world.
