Saturday was the end of my first full week of the Summer of Run Challenge.
- I ran all seven days.
- I ran at least one 10-minute mile each day.
- And I definitely ran more than 15 miles this week.

So far, so good. It's working. And I find that each day, it's actually getting easier. This running routine is making a difference.
