Tonight, Elizabeth and Brooks came by the house to catch up with me, Ric and Andrea. With all of our crazy schedules, we don't get that sort of time very often, so it's really important to make the effort. And Brooks and Elizabeth really did.
I'm thankful for friends like those two, because they remind me that it isn't about seeing each other every single day. It's about the connections strong enough to weather any amount of time or distance.
Today, I'm grateful for you two.
