Like the Wind, but Faster
My goal is to get a little faster every week.
Last week's results? 10k in 57:45 and 6.4 miles in 60 minutes.
Today's results? 10k in 54:45 and 6.71 in 60 minutes.
Yep. Every week, a little faster.
