Cocina d Ricardo

You might think that after more than nine years together, I would no longer be impressed by Ric's ability and willingness to cook... for any number of people, at any time, wherever he might be. Well, you would be wrong. I am still completely impressed. In fact, he never ceases to amaze me.

Ric can make the most amazing food, no matter where he is. When we go camping, and our campsite neighbors are settling for burnt chicken and boxed crackers, we are usually dining on fresh carrot and cucumber salads with poppyseed dressing, thick ribeye steaks marinated in teriyaki sauce, and delicious baked potatoes with chives, melted butter, and sour cream. When we have guests over on the weekend, they are stunned to wake up to crepes, omelets, french toast, or pancakes. No matter the circumstances, Ric is an incredible host who refuses to let his guests settle for anything but the best.
